Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling charges assessed when the package reaches the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order ships, we will send you an automated confirmation email with a direct tracking link and carrier information.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or tracking shows no updates, within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after an order is placed.

• To update your shipping address or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@meritcove.top.
• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the delivery address can no longer be modified.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we ship:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged as a result of shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
